My order showed up fine, but uh, the box was banged up when it arrived. The parts inside were okay, so nothing was actually damaged, I just wish they’d used better packing material. Overall, not bad, but not great either.

Had a really good experience overall. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and my order arrived just fine. They seem legit and honest, so I’d be comfortable ordering again...

I ordered from MazdaSwag the lack of communication was the most frustrating part. I kept having to check on things myself because updates were either super slow or just never came. And it’s not even about that the order took time, I get that stuff happens. It was more that I had no idea what was going on, and when I reached out, the response didn’t really clear anything up. Just not a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

Had a little issue at first, and I was thinking, okay, here we go… this might turn into a whole thing. But nope, they took care of it quickly and got everything sorted out. Can’t really complain when a problem gets fixed without much hassle.

The product info seemed mostly accurate to me, but there was one note about the fit that threw me off a bit. Maybe I just misunderstood it, but I had to read it a couple times and still wasn’t totally sure

I ordered from mazdaswag.com and the most frustrating part was how long it took for the order to even get processed, because it just sat there for days with no real update, no shipping notice, nothing that made me feel like anything was actually happening, so I ended up checking on it myself over and over.

I understand that car parts are not always instant and delays can happen, but this felt slow without any clear reason. I probably would not order from them again unless I had plenty of time and was not waiting on the part

The fit was mostly okay overall. I kind of had a feeling one of the clips might be a little off, and sure enough, one didn’t fit quite right. Not a huge deal, but it did confirm what I was already expecting

I ordered a Mazda badge and, for the most part, it seems legit to me. The fit was right, the markings looked correct, and once I had it in hand it didn’t really give me any obvious reason to think it was fake or some cheap knockoff. It installed fine and visually it looks the way I expected it to, so overall I’m leaning toward it being authentic.

The only thing that made me hesitate a little was the packaging. It was plain, and there wasn’t much paperwork or anything extra included to really confirm where it came from. Maybe that’s normal for this kind of part, I’m not sure, but it did make it hard for me to feel 100% confident. Not a bad purchase or anything, just kind of an average experience for me.

The replies took forever, the instructions weren’t very clear, and when I asked questions it felt like they were talking down to me instead of actually helping. On top of all that, I still had to pay for return shipping. Definitely not ordering from here again.

Shipping was actually quick, so I’ll give them that. Unfortunately, the part that showed up wasn’t the one I ordered, which is kind of an important detail. I had to email them and then wait all over again, because apparently getting the right item the first time was too much to ask. Not the worst experience ever, but delivery accuracy definitely wasn’t great for me.
